Fitdeck Jnr – Superman Edition, is an ever-changing 50 card exercise game for kids. Each flash card contains illustrations and instructions describing different exercises.

Based on the original Fitdeck Jnr, the Superman Exercise Flash Cards target children ages 4-16 years old. The exercises call for basic body movements and require no equipment.

The flash cards have movie-character based wild cards with names like “Lois Lane Lucky Card”, “Lex Luther Drop Card”, and the “Faster than a Speeding Bullet Card”.

Also included is a booklet with 70 Fitdeck Jnr Games that can be played alone, with a friend, parent, teacher or in a large group setting.
